Registration on the City of Montréal’s electoral list<\/h3>\n

A person may only be registered once on the City of Montréal’s electoral list, depending on their situation. Registration is done in the following order of priority:<\/p>\n

    \n
  1. As a resident;<\/strong><\/li>\n
  2. As the sole owner of an immovable<\/strong>;<\/li>\n
  3. As the sole occupant of a business establishment<\/strong>;<\/li>\n
  4. As an undivided co-owner of an immovable<\/strong>;<\/li>\n
  5. As a co-occupant of a business establishment<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    Non-resident voters<\/h3>\n

    People who are not residents<\/strong> of the City of Montréal and who wish to be registered on the electoral list must submit an application, depending on their situation:<\/p>\n
